They can, but they don’t have to. Mine originally started in the top-right side of my head and atayed there from 1956 to 1992. Beginning with the 1992 episode, they started either in my right eye or in my right maxillary sinus or in my right-side molars and premolars. Wherever the cluster started, during the course of the attack the site of the pain would alternate among these three locations. By contrast, in the current episode, the clusters occur in my eye and in my molars and premolars simultaneously and stay there. But, however and wherever and whenever the Cluster Monster attacks you, the result is always the same: indescribably agonizing pain.
