HI! My name is Kat and I have been suffering from Migraines since the first grade. The first time I had horrible headaches and nausea I would have to go home from school and no one would really know why but it would be impossible for me to concentrate. I went through many tests and was immediately diagnosed with Migraines. To my family this wasn't a big shock because it comes from my mom's side and we all have them. Since then I have been medicated but it still seems like i have had a headache every day of my life. I practically do. Right now I am only 14 and in 8th grade doing some research on Migraines for a project when i found this sight and read some messages. I know that I am still pretty young but when you've been having horrible headaches, nausea and even seeing those spots before during and after the pain for what seems like everyday it seems like these migraine headaches run my life. I find that Excedrin migraine helps the best but if I can I try to just go to sleep or rest and that helps so if anyone has some helpful sights that I can use for my research please e-mail me Skattie39@aol.com thank you now its back to research
