Pot does act as a trigger when I am in a cluster. Its very unfortunate because I like to use it to get to sleep after getting over one. I us an Immetrex shot followed an hour later by a tablet of Amerge. This combination gives me 24 hours of relief. Then I can smoke if I like with no bad effects.
