Vera begins to work quite slowly, give it a few days to get up to strength. I usually have some shadows hovering round my right temple despite vera and attacks do break through, but I never upped the dose as I could have done, so maybe it's my own fault for not getting to this message board sooner...
O2 caught the attacks beautifully, so I haven't been complaining.
