I think I breathe it through my mouth, at least when I start. I doubt that it makes any difference unless your nasal passages are blocked. The main thing is to saturate the lungs as quickly as possible for maximum transfer into the bloodstream. I doubt that oxygen has any direct effect on the sinuses to relieve CH. But then, I don't know a lot of things. :-)
