I just started taken bellergal in july of 99.i went to the doctor not to long ago my BP runs about 110/60 if that much but this time it was 140/68 i was suprise.i am only 28 years old i take it for another problem not for what you take it for.i know that the me it help in one way but i think its causeing a problem in another way just wanted to know what you think.....
