The one thing I think all clusterheads need to keep in mind is that even for our docs there is no textbook treatment! It is alot of trial and error. In this case, Lithium is something where blood levels need to be monitored and in combo with verapamil, it could be a little funky. When you are takin meds like this, and side effects start to f*** you up a little too bit, be safe and go to the ER, it really isn't something to mess around with. Better safe than.. All clusterheads need to remember though, we need to be as on top of our meds as they are, because they seem to lose track as quickly as we can. Don't put complete faith in them, I know my nouero sees about 50 CH patients on his own. That's alot to keep track of. BE CAREFUL!!!
