Well, it would be nice to be able to plan a vacation without CH's but what if you really don't know when they will be coming next? I just spent a week in Florida with my fingers crossed because I should have had my CHs last November and so far they haven't appeared. I loaded up on Imitrex just in case; I was positive they would start but luckily they didn't. This time.
I once had a cycle start when I was away for the weekend without any kind of medicines at all. Luckily I only had 2 headaches but I, too, felt like I might wake up everyone for miles around!
