Last year my neurologist prescribed Celexa 20mg and my attacks disappeared for 6 months, but now they're back and in retrospect I'm not sure if the Celexa had anything to do with it, though as an antidepressant I find Celexa to be better than Prozac and without the 'who cares?' side effects.
