Frank, heat seems to be a trigger for me too. wheither it is from the sun or from a heater in the winter. I have to keep my heat low in the winter or it seems to trigger an attack for me. I have alot of trouble getting in the sun if I am in a cycle, otherwise it does not bother me. smile, nancy c
