Ron,
For the last 7 month`s I have been living with the Shadow. 7 month`s ago was when I went again for help with CH. I have had one very bad CH since then. Me myself would take a shadow over the full blown CH any day. My last bad CH I did what I alway`s do, lite a candle,prayed to god to make it stop and stop soon, then of course pray that god would just take me now and get it over with, and all the other thought that goes through one`s mind when they are fighting a bad CH period.
I hold on to that thought so it make`s the shadow`s not seem as bad. O`Yea they or bothersome. I could live with out them, but if I had to choose full blown pain to a pain that is bothersome daily. I would have to go with the shadow.
This is not to belittle your pain in anyway. I can relate what your saying. I hope it get`s better for you soon.
