Ron,
I always get those headaches before the HEADACHES. Until I found this site I never refered to them as shadows I called them Pain in the Ass headaches because thats what they are a royal pain in the ass. You can still function with one but they can sure ruin a good day. I hope it is not the dreaded sign of whats to come.
