I'm new to this message-board stuff, but I guess anyone can jump in here. I've been having ch's for 20 years and almost always feel some amount of disorientation. Sometimes it's just a matter of not being able to get my feet to go where I want to go, other times I can't form a sentence and make it come out right. I frequently stammer and pause trying to get out the most simple of thoughts. I haven't found anything that will help other than trying to be patient with myself.
