I suffered from clusters for 28 years. During that time, I rarely had any other type of headache. My son, on the other hand, also suffers from clusters, but every so often suffers from what appears to be a sinus headache. This has him on the couch and out of work usually for 3 days and then he's fine again. It's not at all like a cluster. He can walk, talk and function to a point. He throws up. Not nearly a cluster in pain intensity or duration or cycle.
