CH. I was terrified and my attacks would abate in about 40 minutes (in 15 or 20 when my so-called biofeedback technique worked). I was very lucky to have been going to a neurologist who had a brochure on his desk about CH. This was in about 1972! He more or less told me there was little I could from emergency care. Just knowing that I didn't have a tumor or some other horror was a great relief.
ER care is very expensive and sadly very iffy.
