Last night i could feel the start of a CH, jump in for a hot shower, had my wife walk on my back had my pills ready,broke the cycle (at least for one night) give it a try, nothing to loose. cracking my back, or my neck always opens my sinus. Here's to another pain free day!!!!!!!!!!
