Linda (and others),
The virus you are referring to may be the one from "hahaha@sexyfun.net" also called "W32.Hybris".
It infects the wsock32.dll file on the PC causing itself to be sent to everyone in your address book. I have receive this one 5-6 times in the past month... no harm if you just delete it.
You can do a free scan of your PC hard drive(s) by clicking "Run Virus Check" at the link below.
Note:It won't remove viruses, just tells you whether you have any
