You may want to try to use a remote email site, like yahoo, mailcity, hotmail, etc. These offer more virus protection than using Outlook on your own computer. I have never received a virus from my yahoo address, but at least once a week, I get one when I download messages from my ISP. These places (hotmail, yahoo, & the like) will give you a free email address.
