about your clusters and diabetes. I don't have any answers for you on the combination of cluster / diabetes or the relationship of blood sugar levels triggering attacks. There has been some post concerning carbs / sugar but I don't remember anything definitive. Sorry ... all this to tell you I don't know anything.
