Sorry to hear about your situation. I can't imagine going through so many surgeries. I have a friend who has lessions and the drs. want to opperate and he won't let them. It has left him with seizures and other problems and this greathly effects his life. I am sure you must need a lot of support. You mentioned that you get headaches. Are they clusterheadaches?
