Sorry to hear they are back! I have used Verapamil 240 mg twice a day. If you need to up the dose for the CH check with your doc. You don't want your blood pressure to get to low, also if you do up your dose make sure to take some prune juice for the constipation (my doc up my dose and prune juice sure helps). ....PFDAN.....Suzy
