it's a simple one page explanation of what CH is and why you suddenly had to leave the room, or didn't show up when you should have. I have handed it to people "on my way out the door to fight the Beast" many times with good feedback.
It's based on a document by Simon Bowers, which I shortened and modified. If anyone else wants a copy - let me know what format and I'll send it out.
