Different clusterheads have different success with various medications. We also have different triggers. Many here state emphatically that alcohol is a trigger. I guess I'm lucky because for me alcohol does not set off a headache. Just last night I had a couple of beers and went through the night without a headache. A couple of weeks ago I was at a very nice dinner party which included three different wines for different courses; I hesitated but did imbibe, without any headaches that night. For the record, I did get a sev 8 the following night, but I figure if the wine was going to trigger a headache it should have been the night I drank. Go figure.
