You can send money to anyone who has a email address using a credit card with PayPal! PlUS when you sign up with pay pal you get a little money. If O.U.C.H uses it like I am for the convention, they charge so much so we have to charge a little more to cover that cost. Bob would have to sign OUCH up for it I think for you to do that.
