the table with the buttons is positioned "absolutely", ie, it will always be the same distance from the side and top of the screen. When you view it in a reduced screen the overlapping happens. View it full screen and it's ok.
I'm still learning this web stuff as I go. After I redid the pages this past weekend, I went searching for tutorials on "tables" to see if there is some other way for me to do it.
