Imitrex is the best thing I've tried, not the pills,way too slow. The injections work super fast for me(5 to 10 mins.)but are super expensive. The 20mg nasal spray works a little slower, but is a little cheaper. At home I always use the 02 first, saving the imitrex for situations when I'm out of reach of 02, golfing, working, etc. My Dr.seems to have no problem prescribing the imitrex, its non narcotic, and since I get no high or benefit, other than the stoppage of pain, there's no reason for abuse.
