Stefan, I can only speak about my own experience.Imitrex works fantastic stopping my cluster pain. I first tried the pills, and they did nothing, but the injections worked like a miracle drug, stops it cold in under 10 mins. The nasal spray a little slower. In my case I felt no side affects at all, just a stoppage of pain. Some things you should know. Its real expensive, so I try the 02 first ,it works well,and imitrex doesn't work as well for everyone as it does for me. Some people do have unpleasant side effects. Its worth trying .
