that was 10 1/2 hrs until i got to the doctors it lasted much longer than that actually. It had dulled after like 13 hrs but, still was there and then I did some hypnosis and it really helped and of course took a nice bath. :) after doing the hypnosis i was and am able to sleep through the nights with out a ch!!!
