I'm in the middle of a cycle right now, but for the past two nights i could feel the tension building up, i jumped in for a quick hot shower to the back of the neck, then had my wife walk on my back rolled my neck end result no CH. Worked for me, like to hear if anyone else has tried this? Hope it works :) good luck!!!!!!!!!!!
