Hi everyone- I just discovered this great site- I am a 37 yr old male who started to suffer at the age of 15. I have been pain free for 3 years but earlier this week they came back. This stretch seems different than the others in a couple of ways: in the past I would always vomit before the pain left, but not this time, although the severity seems the same. Also in the past I would always sweat profusely during an attack, but not this time. One thing I have discovered is that I felt one coming on at work and I went to the stairwell because I need absoulute silence...I walked down 18 flights of stairs and the sensation of doing so seemed to help, and the headache passed without really starting.
