The fact that you can't sit still or lie down during one of these makes it sound like a sure bet for clusters. Unfortunately, it's really hard to get a definite diagnosis. It took me 6 years to be diagnosed with clusters, and I diagnosed myself!
I guess if I were you I'd see a neurologist (if that's possible) to rule out anything else, and also use this site for information. There's not a whole lot of accurate information out there on clusters, and this site is probably one of your best resources.
