Hi, All great advice from the pros. I try the O2 for about 5 minutes...I know if it'll work by then. Then I take the Imitrex and continue with the O2. Sometimes that is the best combo for me. Yes, it is trial and error. I also like an ice pack (with pressure) over the eye.
