I'm 53 a male and I have had clusters for 29 years. This has been one of my best cycles ever. No sever pain just some minor burning in my left tempo and waterier left eye. My Dr. this year has me on Neurontin and Vicodin and it has been working great. Good luck with your Dad and God bless. TerryS
