There is a link (click here) on top of the page - which gives the classical CH symptoms. One which when I read it left me in no doubt. Everything fitted so well that I could have written it myself. To ask if there is a classical CH seems to imply there is non-classical CH - and this is probably why your doctor is hesitant - it may or may not be CH - because the book says its not.
If it is not - then the medications for CH will probably also not help your pain. Having read up here on what works for most - imitrex O2 and verapamil - and or icepacks/hotshowers. I reckon if you tried these and it helps - youve got it. Best of luck - and let us know.
