I'm sorry. I'm out of ideas. AS for me? I'd get rid of any doctors who took articles from Medscape as a joke. Or any of the other reliable sources that most doctors get their research information from. If that's not an option, I don't know what to tell you. Go for the shroom treatment. You don't need a doctor for that and is probably the most reliably effective treatment there is out there anyway.
