Hi people
firstly I would like to thank every person who sent advice and gave their kind words to me, when I was going through complete hell/worry/fear etc, I cannot express my gratitude.
one last thing I seem to have come out of the cycle but still get a strange throbbing on some days, which is not that uncomfortable but sort of just there and annoying.
any thoughts??
