I am sure (also in my experience) that CH doesn't help sex frequency. But is obvious! The more you are in pain, the less you have these interests....
And plan sex (to having kids, and/or when you have had..:-) ) is not helping all this also.
About hormones.... not sure. I do not want to take hormones in cycle, but is only a personal opinion.
