Very courageous of you to post this. Here is my opinion on a few issues. My sex drive (38 yr male) has not decreaesed, as a matter of fact, I desire, at certain points of the receding pain, to have sex. Certainly not while in a full blown cluster, though. I do not know the implications of any of the meds mentioned on this board but encourage you to research any meds you are taking. Riccardo is correct, planned sex for pregnancy is a bitch no matter what your state of mind. Sex before marriage should not be used as a yardstick for married life....I'm almost 15 years married (to the same lady)and our sex is VERY different now than before marriage. Talk to your wife about your feelings, her feelings and maybe wait until a CH remission before trying for kids. Of course, this is just my opinion. I could be wrong [Dennis Miller, 1997]--Tom--
