Back when, when I still had lotsa migraines, walking in a cold (dry) east wind would set them off. I got the most terrific ear aches too.
Now I am having clusters. My blood pressure has gone up a little, I am not continually cold any more and I can walk in the wind without being laid low.
Never had clusters from wind - yet!
