A very low percentage ~=1% of the TOTAL population, and the gang will correct me if I am wrong, get Cluster Headaches (CH's). What's the percentage of users in the USA, or world, that have a PC (MACS are not computers....kidding) w/ internet access? Now do that math. So, we are a small population with a major problem and many docs do not even have the foggiest.....I was lucky, my GP diagnosed me on my first trip and then I was off to a Neurologist. Best advice to you is to read the posts and HEAR what people are saying. Take note that there is not ONE abortive, cure or preventative medication. Read the archives and go to the O.U.C.H. site to learn about medications. Most importantly, don't let the demon get you so far down you can't see up. We are here and will always listen.
