I felt like I was listening to my husband describing his clusters... especially the part about how your hair feels and the tenderness on that side of your head. My husbands headaches when they are bad they usually last 2-3 hours but they usually peek like that towards the end of the cycle( or we've talked ourselves into that,because we'd like to think its over soon )
