Like JJS said, hit it hard at first. I take 4 50 mg tabs a day 4 days; 3 tabs a day 4 days; 2 tabs a day 4 days; and 1 tab a day 4 days. You must taper off this stuff. Anxiousnous is a side effect of a Prednisone. I also take Diazepam (valium) to cool my nerves and consequently cool my wife since I'm kind of a high tempered person anyway.--Tom--
