1.)Cafergot is coffeine + ergotamine: coffeine is useless in CH and it only prevents you from sleeping, try to get pure ergotamine.
2.)It's nonsense that ergotamine can cause rebounds in CH, it never does it ! Your doctor mistook CH for migraine, where it couses rebounds !
3.)Depakote is valproic acid = an antiepileptic drug, you can try it, but it's not a drug of the first choice for CH.
