I don't use imitrex but I've used cafergot tabs that are 1 1/2 years out of date and they still work. I make sure I fill the perscrition at the end of my cluster and save them for the next episode. I won't get hit again for 2-3 years but I've 150 tabs of caf in the medicine cabinet. I'll guard them with my life. Can't stand the thought of starting a cluster and have nothing to take until i can arrange a Dr. appointment.
