I got an e-mail from someone on this site,i would like to thank but i dumped the address. Her tip was exederin x2 with coffe/caffeine.
My attacks were less frequent less painful but still around the 6-7 mark. exederin and coffe(a couple of strong cups) would kill any shadow that followed and i found that if i took them as soon as my warning sign came on it would reduce my suffering in degree of pain and duration.Thanks to whoever sent me the e-mail it really has worked for me.
