Ryche Hawk, at www.thehawkseye.com, has told me privately that he will make an exception to his normal shipping policy (not shipping to California) if the customer is a clusterhead.
Send him an e-mail saying that you are a clusterhead, that you heard about his site on www.clusterheadaches.com, and that pinksharkmark advised you to check his "clusterhead exception" shipping policy.
That should do the trick.
