The normal dose is 240mg twice a day for CH. For clusterheads the dose is twice that than what the Normal dose is for peole who do not get CH. It is to kick the CH in the butt. Once the cycle is over, the doc will lower the dose, or start to slowly get you off the med.....Suzy
