I and others here are taking 840mg/day with no problems. As Tim said, I have to get an EKG done once a week just to monitor the heart. I have been pain free for 5 days now, with only one "baby" attack yesterday. Just so you know, the max dosage is listed as 480mg/day. But that has been exceedeed.
