Rob, what your describing sure sounds like cluster headache, but you really need to see another Dr., preferably a neurologist. If thats the best treatment advice your Dr. gave you for the symptoms you describe, I wouldn't want him to treat my medical condition. My Dr treated me for trigeminal neuralgia for a year, doubling and tripling the dose of tegretal I was taking. Things got so bad I stormed into his office without an appt., he then sent me to a neurologist, who took 60 secs. to me what was wrong. I now have a new Dr.
