The most important thing to remember mindy is that we are here for the both of you. Preventive is a must. Getting the beast on first insight. Pain meds don't normal work for any of us unless given on first onset, if that. Try to keep her relaxed during an attack, it might help, getting stress and crying only makes matters worse, all though I know that that is what we want to do. Like child birth, when the baby's head is crowning, the worse pain of all, they ask the impossible of us. relax and deep breath. That is what I have come to learn.
